Vintage Pat Premo Dress with full skirt, Pink Roses and Green Sash!

This is a lovely 1950’s vintage floral cotton voile maxi dress with pink roses and green stems from designer Pat Premo. This dress has an empire waist with a green cotton sash style belt. The skirt is very full with extra layers of cotton for full volume. The fabric is gathers at the skirt and pleated at the waist and the top layer is sheer floral with shirt stripes with and ivory underlay. The hem of the skirt has a green band. The skirt was originally worn with a crinoline skirt under neath to increase the skirt volume . The bodice is full and gathered from the waist and has delicate spaghetti straps This is 100% cotton. This size is small . Excellent Condition.
